Kelly Ferrara Bayne
Kelly Ferrara Bayne is President and owner of StratCommRx. Kelly wields more than 20 years of experience in communications consulting for her clients. To put what she does in plain language: Kelly and her team connect audiences with messages. She opens doors so that companies and organizations understand who they want to reach and what they want to say. She then guides them through a process to determine how they want to say it and why their audiences should pay attention. She is an ENFJ on the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator and is a certified instructor with that tool. In a world driven by the next phone call or email, she governs most of her world by to-do lists – and takes great joy in crossing things off that list.
Kelly’s experience with clients across a variety of industries has helped her become the strategic thinker, polished writer, insightful collaborator, compelling facilitator, savvy marketer, and organizational advocate who is trusted by her clients and colleagues. A leader in corporate communications and public engagement campaigns for organizations, Kelly has worked with clients of all shapes and sizes, and across all markets. Kelly describes herself as a puzzle solver – and enjoys sleuthing out clues to unlock communications opportunities for all her clients. Ask her what makes an ideal client, and she’ll reply “someone with an interesting problem to solve.”

Lindsey Ferrara serves as a project assistant at StratCommRx. She began working with StratCommRx full-time in February of 2023, but she previously served as our intern. Lindsey creates content for StratCommRx social media accounts, supports client projects, and manages the president on a daily basis. Right now her efforts focus on learning from her colleagues and clients.
Lindsey came to StratCommRx with a sparkling personality and a strong positive attitude; often she and Kelly can be found starting their workday with positive affirmations to set the tone for a great day. What she lacks in experience she makes up for with well-timed jokes and a welcoming smile. Lindsey is an INFJ personality type on the Meyers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator and fully owns the introvert label. In fact, she is the only introvert on our team. Her free time is spent devouring books and shopping online for things she has no intention of actually buying. She hopes this will build her discernment skills for future client work. If you are at one of our events, come say hi to our favorite introvert – she’s likely in charge of welcoming and greeting everyone.
