We start our engagements by challenging clients to identify their needs and desired objectives. We then work with them to determine the appropriate course of action – and implement from there. When your strategy is solid, the tactics come clearly into focus.

We are public engagement professionals who adhere to the principles of the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2), of which we are members. We use the IAP2 participation spectrum, values, and code of ethics to guide our work with clients.
