Webster Groves, Missouri’s City Council and leadership hired StratCommRx for public engagement strategies around real estate usage and zoning questions that were engendering strong emotions within the community. With few communications channels available and a complex issue to explain, our team created talking points, FAQ documents, press materials, informative signage in highly visible locations, paid advertisement, and newsletter content all sharing the same goals: To build understanding of the role of city government in zoning, level the playing field for all sides to be heard, and create a platform for public participation to aid in the City Council’s decision.
